If you see an item that you would like to purchase, please call the store and we will be able to handle your order by phone. Orders must be paid for at time of purchase.

Class Policy

Classes must be paid for in advance, cash, check or credit  card.  Fees listed are for the complete  class, including all sessions and unless noted do not include materials or  patterns. We request all supplies for class projects  be purchased at Knits by Nana.   All classes must be cancelled  no later than two days before the first class to receive a full refund.  Missed classes may be made up at a later  session or by special arrangement with the instructor.  If the instructor for any reason cancels the  class, your money will be refunded.

Knitting Help

If you need extensive assistance ( longer than 20 minutes) or purchased your yarn elsewhere, please sign up for one of our classes or make an appointment for a private lesson with one of our fabulous instructors.  While we love helping all of our wonderful customers, we can not help you with knitting mistakes during scheduled class time.  We request that you please check the store calendar or give us a call before rushing in with a knitting emergency.  We strive to provide all of our customers with the best experience possible. Our goal is to give everyone that individualized experience.   Thank you for your understanding.
